1、Understand HiP’s management theory and culture, translate them into HiP leadership model. To different level of individuals, managers, and senior leaders, define the leadership model and relevant behaviors, for talent assessment & development.

2、Design and implement leadership development programs, evaluate the business needs and training effectiveness.
设计和实施领导力发展计划，评估业务需求和培训效果。
3、External leadership development vendors management, identify the external resources which can be introduced to HiP’s programs
外部领导能力开发供应商管理，确定可以引入HiP项目的外部资源。
4、Join talent & succession review, giving the feedback to the talent according to their performance in the leadership development program
参与人才及继任评估，根据人才在领导力发展项目中的表现给予反馈。
5、Internal master trainer, can train some of the leadership courses and train the trainer.
内部大师级培训师，可以培训部分领导力课程，培训培训师。

任职要求
1、8+ years leadership project management and training delivery experience is required.
8年以上领导项目管理和培训交付经验。
2、Experience in 3+ leadership model application and development

3、Excellent communication and training skill.

4、Strong design and deliver leadership development capability.

5、Demonstrate a genuine caring for collogues and business partners.

6、Previous experience in automotive or Apple-Chain industry is preferred.
