Scope and Specific Responsibilities
- Excellent service to both shipper and consignee, good communication with both internal and external contactors

- Clearly study SOP with supervisor, all jobs 100% in line with SOP

- Efficiently and timely communicate with both internal and external users, all emails responded effectively within 24hours. Keep high job efficiency.

- Good team work including finish P&L timely and good AR/AP Control. Reporting to Supervisor if any issues

- Well understand the business opportunities during daily work, and try to development business, including trucking, freehand,etc.

- Complaint less than 1 per 2month / Error probability less than 1% (cause bad result or extra charge)



Skills & Knowledge:

- Good reading/writen English

- At lease two years experience of air operation

- Good skill in office-software

- Good character to get along with others.
