3. 根据公司的组织架构图和战略规划，为每个关键岗位储备1-2名候选人才，
4. 主导公司全员的绩效考核（员工的绩效考核），包括公司的管理岗位的考核
5、 独立完成员工入离职相关事宜
6、 独立办理员工福利相关的申办等事务
7、协助领导完成公司行政事务工作及领导安排的其他事务
