职位描述

Allegro is one of the global key players in Sensor and Power products. In order to continue supporting our business growth and committing the investment in this strategic region for our long-term development, we are hiring an account sales manager position in North China. The position will lead the direct account engagement to build deep partnerships and influence the long-term technical roadmap and adopt Allegro’s product portfolios in Tier 1/Manufacture OEM’s product portfolio. Also deeply define regional account strategy to drive DW/DI for significant revenue growth and explore new application areas and customer accounts in China market to secure future business growth. The efforts will include but not be limited to new product promotions, new market/account exploration, and business/accounts management in Automotive, Industrial and Consumer markets. This position is desired to be based in North China like Beijing or Tianjin.
Responsibilities
- Local demand creation & business development from the designated key accounts customers.
- Coordinate the global activities of strategic accounts including but not limited to strategy development and deployment, commercial terms and project opportunities alignment, top-down customer relationship building, and maintenance among all other regions.
- Develop key account business strategy in terms of business growth among all potential product portfolios within all business segments of that account, following up the deployment of an agreed-upon account strategy.
- Develop and maintain strong partnerships with key customers from executives to working levels.
- Align with HQ/BU on account development strategy to seek for all necessary support.
- Cooperate with HQ/BU on the product strategy deployment of the designated accounts.
- Coordinate with all other functional teams to support customer operation and problem-solving.
- Be able to explore and find out emerging application areas and new customer accounts
Qualifications
- Bachelors or masters degree majoring in EE, computer science, automation, etc with basic principle knowledge. Or majored in others but an easy-going for relation building quickly.
- 5+ years of working experience in customer-facing functions from semiconductor, Automotive and Industrial in the role of sales, business development, FAE or marketing development
- The candidate with Sensor and power silicon/product experiences will be preferred
- Passionate in the semiconductor industry with product/ system-level knowledge
- Positive mindsets with a “CAN DO” attitude and stakeholder management skillsets
- Having a certain level of relationships with automotive and industrial customers
- Self-Driven or motivated to be eager for success.
- Teamwork, high ethical standards and honest attitude.
- Highly developed strategic thinking and storytelling skills
- Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese
- Willing to have frequent business travel domestically and globally
