Job Responsibilities岗位职责：
●MES System Maintenance: Install, configure, monitor, and maintain MES system (iTAC, ASM, …) and components; Troubleshoot all issues, coordinate issue resolution with Group IT MES Team and vendor.
制造执行系统MES运维：安装、配置、监控、维护制造执行系统iTAC、ASM及其组件；排除各种MES系统故障，与集团MES团队和供应商协作解决故障。
●MES Helpdesk and User Support: analyze, resolve, prioritize, assign, or escalate issues in a timely manner to meet the SLA; provide user training and day-to-day support of MES on request.
MES服务台和用户支持：及时分析解决MES服务台收到的问题，或者确定优先级、分配、升级问题，确保达到SLA要求；根据需要提供MES用户培训和日常支持。
●MES Development: Analyze business requirements, Review and coordinate development of WEB-HMI and machine interfaces with Group IT MES Team, Design, Implement, Test, and document the solution.
MES系统开发：分析业务需求，与集团MES团队协作开发Web人机互动接口和机器接口，设计、实现、测试、文档记录解决方案。
●Work on the shop floor and in unsocial hours to support urgent MES issues and projects.
必要时在车间现场、晚上和周末时间工作，解决MES紧急问题和支持项目上线。
●Perform other IT related tasks as designated by the management.
执行领导安排的其他IT相关任务。
Job Requirements岗位要求：
●Bachelor’s degree or above, major in computer science, information technology, or other related fields
计算机、信息技术或相关专业，本科以上学历
●3 years experience in MES maintenance and support
三年以上的制造执行系统运维支持经验
●1 year experience in software development
一年以上的软件开发经验
●Experience of Database such as Oracle, or SQL Server
数据库使用经验，如Oracle、SQL Server等
●Experience of C#, JavaScript, HTML, CSS
编程经验，如C#, JavaScript, HTML, CSS
●Positive attitude on IT service and willing to take on responsibilities
具有积极的IT服务意识，愿意承担责任
●Good analytical & problem-solving skills with minimal supervision, ability to work on own initiative
良好的分析与解决问题能力，能够在少监督下自主完成
●Good multitasking skills and abilities Flex with changing priorities
良好的多任务优先排序处理能力
●Good verbal and written communication skills. Fluent oral English
良好的口头和写作交流能力，英语口语流利
