上海招聘

1. Monitor the daily operation of Finance;.
2. Be responsible for creating monthly ending FI documents in SAP system.
3. Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, yearly group management reporting package and other document required by Head Quarter, company and by local authorities on regular basis.
4. Supervise and train Finance staff to enable them performing their duties.
5. Execute and monitor the annual audit, pre-audit and yearly stocktaking;
6. Keep good relationship with local Bank, tax officer and auditors;;
7. Assist the Finance Manager and the CFO to ensure financial activities abiding the rules of accounting, taxes, foreign exchange management etc.
8. Other activities assigned by leaders.
