职位描述
The position is to fulfill the corporate expectations of sales growth by using value sales and demand creation from new growth area - markets, products and customers. This position is based in Shanghai, China and reports to FAE Manager.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
61 Responsible for Magnetic speed sensor,position sensor and interface IC(Pressure &inductive) technical support
61 Guide customers to select the best fitting Allegro products according to customer’s system requirements.
61 Provide the product training to customers and distributors.
61 Provide technical support to customers to resolve the technical problem
61 Cooperate closely with Corparate HQ to resolve customers’ technical and Quality issues
61 Develop and maintain strong relationship with customers
61 Identify and develop new applications
61 Collect and analyze competitor information/ market trend and feedback to headquater business units
61 Work closely with regional sales manager to develop and implement the sales strategies
Skills and Requirements
61 An Engineering Bachelor or Master Degree in EE or Microelectronic is preferred
61 Min 3 years Working Experience at Electronic/Automotive Industries
61 Proactivenss,strong ownership and team player
61 Good engineering experience in Magnetic sensor product,interface sensor in automotive application
61 Good knowledge in magnetic sensing principle e.g. Hall,AMR,GMR,TMR
61 Deep and wide understanding on semiconductors and various electronical systems
61 Ability to independently learn new products, applications and technologies
61 Effective communication skill in Chinese and English
61 Ability to communicate technical issues with business units
61 Excellent program management skill to manage multiple independent programs simultaneously
61 Knowledge in 2D/3D magnetic simulation e.g. Comsol,ansoft maxwell will be value added
61 Working experience at the American or European Semiconductor suppliers or its sales reps is preferred.
