Responsibility:
？Define and further develop in R&D, Product, Process and Manufacturing engineering function, set up strategies and quantitative targets for R&D team under responsibility keep correspondence with our business strategy.
？Development of the R&D organisation incl. new recruitments and implementation of organizational changes where required.
？Manage product design from design to execution, installation and site performance.
？Ability to manage competing priorities effectively, and reach deadlines in according to scope and cost. Monitor project status against the plan and proactively do necessary corrections.
？Ability to establish clear scope – define extend of a project – what is in and what is out.
？Ability to organize and plan resources effectively and make optimal use of resources.
？Provide inputs and requirements to product improvements and new products offerings relevant to maintain and strengthen the position in the territory
？Coach and develop the team, support employees in the development of their individual goals and monitors their performance towards the accomplishments of those goals; ensures individual's goals are aligned with our business strategy.
？Improve the knowledge management system of the department, complete the performance evaluation and training plan of team members.
？Promote the quality management system of the department, monitor the quality of R&D at all stages.
？Rationally arrange department members to complete various plans and cope with unexpected tasks.
？Plan or organize the technical project application required by the government


Skills:
？Minimum of 10 years of experience in R&D or technical, the experience of new equipment development / projects to relevant target industries, animal- and aqua feed-producers, food processing, pet food producers, oilseed processing companies is preferred;
？Product and process knowledge enough to support the project and sales team on scope, solutions, priorities and deadlines.
？Experience in coaching and managing an international engineering team, Ability to motivate project members, to set achievable objectives, to maintain a positive outlook, to take responsibility, to make decisions and to provide constructive feedback.
？Technical experience and skills (product designs, process- and plant design solutions).
？Ability to be ahead of technological changes, to ensure effective knowledge sharing of team members and peers. Ability to guide and train others. To ensure best practice within the technical areas.
？Customer service orientation.
