本岗位工作地点为上海长宁区虹桥路1161号，员工需自行解决上下班交通问题，工作时间为7:30am -4:00pm，周一至周五。

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
- Provide appropriate accommodations that enable students to access modified curriculum, as identified in the Individualized Learning Plan (ILP)
- Work individually and in small group settings with students, under the guidance of the Academy and mainstream classroom teachers
- Observe and document growth towards ILP goals for students
- Supports the Academy teacher’s classroom management plans and philosophies
- Maintain student confidentiality outside of the school setting
- Direct teacher or parent questions regarding behavior and instruction to the Academy teacher
- Attend workshops and seminars for professional development
- Attend mainstream classes and/or after school activities with the students and implement accommodations and modifications and outlined by the Academy teacher
- Perform other duties consistent with the position as may be requested by the Director of Student Support
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent university degree required, with teaching or
clinical work experience preferred
- 3+ years of success working in a school setting with various student needs
- Proficiency with oral and written English is required
