Job Responsibilities:
Requirements Gathering and Analysis.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for new systems or enhancements.
- Analyze and prioritize requirements based on business impact and feasibility.
- Ensure requirements are clear, complete, and aligned with business objectives
System Design and Specification
- Translate business requirements into detailed system specifications and user stories.
- Work closely with developers and architects to ensure solutions align with business needs.
- Validate system design through reviews, walkthroughs, and prototyping
Process Mapping and Improvement
- Evaluate existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and propose process redesign initiatives that optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Implement process changes in collaboration with relevant stakeholders
Data Analysis and Reporting
- Extract, transform, and analyze data from various sources to generate insights.
- Develop reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights to business stakeholders.
Stakeholder Communication and Collaboration
- Act as a liaison between business users, IT teams, and external vendors.
- Facilitate meetings and workshops to gather requirements, discuss solutions, and resolve issues.
- Communicate project status, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders and management.
Documentation and Documentation Management
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of business requirements, system design, and processes.
- Update documentation as changes and enhancements are implemented.
- Ensure documentation is accessible and understandable to relevant stakeholders.
Continuous Improvement and Innovation
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to business analysis and systems.
- Proactively propose innovative solutions that align with business goals and enhance operational efficiency
Job Requirements:
Detail-oriented, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Mandarin and English
Strong knowledge of business analysis methodologies, tools, and techniques.
A bachelor's degree in business, computer science, information systems, or a related field.
A minimum of 5 years of experience as a business system analyst or a similar role.
Proficiency in BPM, BI, and other data analysis and modeling tools.
Candidates who have experience with ERP, WMS or other enterprise systems will be given preference.
The ability to work independently and collaboratively in a complex environment
