Account Executive (Assistant AE – with less experience)

Job Duties:
工作职责
? Setting kick off meeting with new vendor and introduce all the business terms, handle sales contracts to allow customer account set up successfully in r-pac ERP system.
安排与新供应商的启动会议，介绍所有的商业条款，处理销售合同，以便在r-pac ERP系统中成功建立客户账户。
? Supporting the development process with the development team by working with the vendor
通过与供应商合作，支持开发团队的开发过程
? Preparing the quotation, order documents, delivery schedule, customer on-time payment and managing order process following SOP with absolute accuracy.
准备报价，订单文件，交货计划，客户准时付款，按照SOP准确管理订单流程。
? Ensuring stock availability and backorders targets met.
确保库存的可用性和交货目标的达成。
? Liaising with the vendors, and suppliers to establish strong business relationship;
与供应商保持联系，建立牢固的业务关系;
? Identifying any challenges or difficulties at any stage, diagnose and report to direct superior to seek for assistant to resolve them to avoid delay on shipment.
识别任何阶段的挑战或困难，诊断并向直接上级报告，寻求助手解决问题，以避免发货延迟。
? Identifying quality issues, discuss with PC / QC / QE to take any remedy action in timely basis to minimize possible damage to vendor, buyer and r-pac.
识别质量问题，与PC / QC / QE讨论及时采取补救措施，以尽量减少对供应商，买方和r-pac可能造成的损害。
? Managing, training and supervising junior staff.
管理、培训和监督初级员工。
? Able to generate sales report on monthly basis, capture the lost sales and pursue lost customers.
能够生成月度销售报告，捕捉失去的销售和追求失去的客户。

Requirements
? With over 3-4 years trading / packaging / printing experience
3-4年以上贸易/包装/印刷经验
? Well organized and accountable

? Strong numerical, analytical and interpretive skills

? Ability to initiate and build strong relationships with internal team, vendors and production facilities
