汇报对象：客户经理

Job Role: Follow up customers' orders in a timely and accurate manner
岗位职责：及时准确地跟进客户订单

Job Duties:
工作职责：
1.Generate orders-related document in the ordering system
在订购系统中生成订单文档
2.Facilitate accurate information flow among customers, suppliers and internal counterparts
促进客户、供应商和内部之间的准确信息交流
3.Response to customers' needs on a timely manner
及时响应客户需求
4.Handle customers complains based on company policies and workflow
根据公司政策和流程处理客户投诉
5.Explore potential business opportunities from serviced customers
从现有服务客户中挖掘潜在的商业机会
6.To follow AE instructions to get the orders done and assist AE to develop the programs
按照AE指示完成订单，并协助其指定计划
7.Support team manager for any ad-hoc project when needed
随时在需要时为团队经理提供临时项目的支持


Qualification and Requirement
任职资格和要求
1.College or above education level
大专及以上学历
2.Good written English and familiar with ERP workflow
良好的英语书写能力，熟悉ERP操作系统
3.Minimum1year's experience in order follow up for western retail environments
至少一年的与西方零售环境的工作经验
4.Patience, sense of urgency; can work under pressure, good interpersonal and communication skills
耐心，紧迫感；抗压性，良好的人际关系和沟通能力
5.With experience for export orders or L/C handling is an advantage
有出口订单，或者信用证的处理经验为优
