岗位描述：
工业项目工程师（F/M）与项目团队（研发、工艺、工业化、质量等）合作，为团队提供生产线启动、预生产阶段设备和工装问题的跟进和解决方面的技术支持。在设备和工装工业化过程中，在批量生产和负责工业化的部门之间扮演协调者的角色。直到达到所有目标，生产线的责任转移给负责该生产区域的工艺工程师和设备工程师为止。
The Industrial Project Engineer (F/M) works with the project team (R&D, Methods, Industrialization, Quality…) to provide technical support to teams on the start-up of production lines, on the follow-up and solving of machine and tooling problems during the pre-production phases. In machine and tools industrialization step, he/she plays a coordinator role between mass production plant and department in charge of process industrialization. His/her perimeter stops when all targets are achieved, then he/she transfers the responsibility of the production line to the APU Methods Engineer and Equipment Engineer in charge of the production area.
主要职责：
61参与新生产线项目工业化的不同里程碑（组织可行性研究、工艺定义、机器设计评审、生产线评审）
Participates to the different milestone of new line project’s industrialization (Feasibility, Process definition, Machine design review, Line audit)
61确保设备供应商和生产工厂之间的联系，并在需要时确保跟进不同的行动计划。
Ensure the link between the machine suppliers and production plant and if needed ensures the follow-up of different action plan
61运行内部生产线审核，定义并遵循相关的纠正措施计划。与相关部门（质量、生产、维护）一起确保该过程在报废品、生产效率和成本方面达到所需的目标。确保过程稳定并准备好进行大规模生产
Follow the associated corrective action plan. Ensures with relevant department (Quality, Production, Maintenance) the process achieves required performance in terms of scrap, production performance and cost. He/she makes sure the process is stable and ready for mass production.
61参与相关部门的客户线审核
participates to the customer line audit with relevant department.
61 负责与集团工业化部门沟通，并培训工厂的相关人员
Responsible for communicationg with group industrialization department and training relevant people.
岗位要求：
61大学本科以上学历，电气自动化、机械自动化等相关专业毕业，3年以上的非标集成工作经验
Bachelor degree or above, major in electrical automation, mechanical automation and other related majors, more than 3 years of non-standard system integration work experience.
61 有一定的项目管理能力，通过PMP、PRINCE2等相关项目管理认证属于加分项
Have certain project management ability, and passing PMP, PRINCE2 and other related project management certifications is a plus.
61 电气专业要求西门子、欧姆龙、施耐德三种PLC至少精通一种（有相关编程调试经验），对电气图纸有深入的分析能力
The electrical major requires Siemens, Omron, Schneider to be proficient in at least one of the three PLCs (with relevant programming and debugging experience), and have in-depth analysis ability of electrical drawings.
61 机械专业要求具备SOLIDWORKS等3D软件的使用能力，对各种分度盘系统、传送带系统以及其他传动系统有比较深入的了解
The mechanical major requires the ability to use 3D software such as SOLIDWORKS, and has a relatively in-depth understanding of various indexing plate systems, conveyor belt systems and other transmission systems.
61英语或法语流利，需要和法国总部的产品、项目、工艺等相关人员进行会议沟通
Fluent in English or French, he/she needs to communicate with the product, project, process and other relevant personnel in the French headquarters.
61能使用PPT、Excel以及Project等办公软件进行工作，有良好的团队合作精神
Able to use office software such as PPT, Excel and Project to work, and have a good team spirit.
