BASF is currently building a new Verbund site in Zhanjiang, Guangdong province. Announced in July 2018 and officially commenced in November 2019, BASF Zhanjiang Verbund Site Project would be operated under the sole responsibility of BASF. BASF Zhanjiang Verbund site would ultimately be built into a role model for smart manufacturing and sustainable production by utilizing the digital technologies and applying the high safety standards.
What you can expect
The new smart Verbund site will include a steam cracker with a capacity of 1 million metric tons of ethylene per year and downstream plants for consumer-oriented products. By utilizing the latest digital technologies and applying the highest safety standards, the site will be built into a role model for smart manufacturing and sustainable production.
岗位职责:
Main Tasks
61 Be part of our global service and delivery management for OT connectivity services for BASF production sites and plants in Greater China region.
61 Collect and evaluate customer specific, technical, and operational requirements regarding IP based communication networks and IT infrastructure and develop customer specific implementation concept based on our solution portfolio.
61 Run implementation activities and fulfillment of customer requests in close collaboration with our operational service providers in the region.
61 Support evaluation and development of concepts regarding the use of industrial networks and IT infrastructure services in production, technical services, building automation and logistics.
61 As part of our global product team, this role will contribute to the technology and service development for our sites and plants in close collaboration with our technical experts and constant exchange and alignment with our regional business partners.
任职要求:
Requirements
61 Education: University Degree in IT, engineering, or an equivalent qualification.
61 Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in consulting, planning, design, and troubleshooting of IP networks (switching and routing), wireless connectivity, service, or provider management regarding IT infrastructure services.
61 Deep knowledge of new communication protocols, -service and -technologies in the context of IIot, Industry 4.0 and network technology.
61 Preferably have experience working with automation technology at the IT / OT convergence and are familiar with IEC-62443 / ISA-99 standards.
61 Experience in the administration and management of server infrastructure.
61 Creative and agile mindset, familiar with agile tools and methods.
61 Possess the following functional competencies: analytical thinking, customer orientation, problem solving, teamwork.
61 Fluent communication skills in English, basic skills in German are a plus.
61 Keen on innovations in digitalization and communication technology.
61 Working Location: Zhanjiang, Guangdong.
