工作内容：
负责某高端运动品牌商店的管理工作，包括制定销售策略、领导团队、管理和优化销售业务等。
主要职责：
- 负责制定并实施销售策略，确保达到销售目标；
- 领导和激励团队，提高销售业绩；
- 管理和优化销售业务，确保销售流程的顺利进行；
- 负责制定和维护商店的形象和品牌形象，确保品牌形象的一致性；
- 确保商店的安全和卫生，提高客户满意度；
- 监督和指导下属员工，提高工作效率和销售业绩；
- 参与销售预算和销售计划的制定和执行。
职位要求：
- 不限工作经验，有销售背景者优先；
- 具有出色的领导和管理能力，有成功管理商店的经验；
- 具有良好的沟通和协调能力，能够与客户和员工有效沟通；
- 熟练掌握销售业务流程和技巧，具备 其他一切则会迎刃而解销售的能力；
- 具备良好的数据分析和决策能力，能够根据数据做出正确的决策；
- 对市场营销和品牌建设有基本的了解，能够协助品牌
