职位描述

Position Summary
The Global Process Expert plays a crucial role in standardizing, optimizing, and managing business processes across an organization to ensure efficiency, consistency, and alignment with the company’s strategic goals. Leads mid-size process enhancement projects, coordinates their user testing, their documentation and socialization. Represents Process excellence in larger scale projects.
The Global Process Expert collaborates in the development of a strategic vision of the E2E process fit for purpose to-be process and contributes to the road map to get there from an organization, process, and technology point of view, in close coordination with the GBS Delivery Centers and the Digital organization.
The role reports to the related E2E GPO, preferably from a different region.
Job Requirements (Principal Responsibilities)
Process Mapping and Documentation
61 Partners with the GPO to issue proper process documentation and users access knowledge (global standards, KPIs developed, socialized, and followed) ·
61 Map out existing processes and document them thoroughly.
61 Create detailed process documentation that can be easily understood and followed.
61 Propose and manage the business process that require modification inside of specific E2E after prioritization aligned with GPO.
61 Ensures integrity of data owned by the E2E process at global level.
61 Maintain critical global data and is the reference in the organization to define, and if necessary, design in collaboration with Digital, set ups for new or rare processes or situations.
61 Acts as the global gate keeper of integrity of the data owned by the E2E process
61 Maintain critical data at global level Sets documentation format
Process Reengineering:
61 Partners with the process GPO to develop and translate strategy into operational goals, objectives, and process roadmap; to identify necessary resources (people and technology); to assess opportunities against business objectives and to determine creative means to implement new and innovative technical and process-based solution
61 Contributes to process transformation and assist GPO in key decisions related to the process, including target setting, process performance management, increasing efficiency.
61 Contributes to the identification, scoping, and prioritization of process improvements in close collaboration with the GPO and the Digital organization.
61 Act as key resource in the organization to define, and if necessary design in collaboration with Digital and under the GPO authority, the set up required to support new or complex critical processes.
61 Assist the GPO and contributes to the design and redesign of the global strategy for an end-to-end process including technologies and leads its execution.
61 Contribute to the process redesign to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Use techniques like Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
61 Assure that all the process documentation is updated and ensures that users have a good access and engages with the organization always in case of questions/doubt and training required.
61 Actively maintains a close link with the process stakeholders to understand their strategy and identify the optimal processes to support them.
61 Work on process deviations and areas for improvement and proposes continuous improvement events to address them.
61 Leads discussions and investigation of facts to develop solutions on topics across delivery centers
61 Own business process modifications, enhancements per priorities set up by GPO.
61 Continuously reviews end-to-end process performance and provides recommendation on process adoption and execution and takes action to address process deviations or limitations.
61 Identifies process deviations and areas for improvement and contributes to a continuous improvement event agenda with the GPO and the Delivery centers.
61 Maintains the enhancement portfolio in close collaboration with the GPO, the process BRM and the Digital organizations, promoting the ideation of smart improvements in line with the road map prioritizing the projects, ensuring their proper testing, documentation, and socialization.

61 Maintains Strong daily focus on process performance and its continuous progress
61 Assure daily process execution and its continuous progress of performance. ·
Training and Development:
61 Train employees on new or updated processes. Develop training materials and programs to ensure that staff are knowledgeable and skilled in executing the processes.
Technology Integration:
61 Work with Digital team to integrate technology solutions that enhance process efficiency.
61 Ensure that systems and tools support the streamlined processes.
61 Contribute to the enhancement portfolio design and implementation in close collaboration with the Digital Business Relationship Manager and the whole Digital organizations, promoting the ideation of smart improvements in line with the road map.
61 Stays abreast of process trends and leading practices occurring in the marketplace to inform strategic direction and process enhancement. ·
Stakeholder Management:
61 Communicate a clear vision for the end-to-end process across the operating model Engage with key stakeholders to understand their needs and gather feedback on process improvements. Build strong relationships to gain support for process initiatives. Engage with delivery centers and /or functions to implement changes based on KPI and/or adherence to process metrics as well identify and engages in training required.
61 Maintain a constant link with the users to identify process limitations or deviations, as well as training needs.
61 Acts as a key stakeholder to foster a business-oriented culture; continuously monitor the needs of the customers, the functions and the delivery centers. ·
Compliance and Risk Management:
61 Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that business processes comply with relevant laws, regulations, and standards. Stay updated on regulatory changes and incorporate them into processes.
61 Risk Mitigation: Identify potential risks associated with business processes and develop strategies to mitigate them. Ensure that processes are robust and resilient.
61 Anticipates needs, assess, and identifies business risk taking; escalates issues that may impact their end-to-end process globally; Assist GPO in managing through times of crisis and ambiguity that may require business continuity plans be put in action.
Project management
61 Coordinate with Project Managers of larger projects.
61 Coordinate simple enhancement user testing
61 Manage planning of resource and ensures project results meet quality, schedule and process improvement goals

61 Deep knowledge of the E2E process, including its interconnections with other GBS or non-GBS process.
61 Deep knowledge of the system(s) supporting the E2E processes, including set up logics and requirements.

Education/Experience
61 University graduate degree.
61 Experience in complex, global operations and system implementations in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment.
61 Experience in multinational GBS process in relevant area.
61 Approximately 5+ years of experience in process field.
61 Experience in a global, dynamic and deadline driven environment.
61 Experience with Internal Controls and SOX requirements.
61 Experience in process design and implementation within a software package (ideally SAP).
61 Demonstrated experience in process management (in particular KPI and benchmarking).
61 Experience of working in different international geographical regions.
