You will support customers by providing helpful information, answering questions and utilizing your professional international logistics knowledge and expertise together with company resources to handle customer complaint and claim.

You will provide frontline support for customers to ensure superior experience and satisfaction with our service.



Your responsibility

1. effective communication with customers, suppliers and business partners, ensuring quality of customer experience and operation.

2. responsible for the overall process independently such as, receiving order, booking process & confirmation, transportation & distribution, cargo Inspection & customs declaration, shipment delivery & tracking, pre-alert & documentation requirements.

3. timely and accurate completion of all system entry requirements such as, shipment data, AR/AP & check, cost & revenue, documents sorting & filing and, to ensure all tasks are completed according to the client specific and company SOPs and KPIs.

4. strictly follow and implement company credit policy, monitor and settle the outstanding accounts with the customers and business partners.

5. handling emergencies, customer complaint/claim and promptly escalate to the direct supervisor in case needed.

6. other tasks assigned by the direct supervisor or team leader.



We expect

1. College degree or above, logistics/international trade or related major preferred.

专科及以上学历,物流/国际贸易贸或相关专业背景为佳i

2. Be carefully, serious, good communication, good teamwork spirit, open and clear character, willing to work under pressure independently.

认真细心,善于沟通，有良好的团队协作精神；性格开朗，能独立承受一定工作压力

3. Familiar with office software, good listening and speaking ability, good communication with overseas business partners independently.

熟悉office办公软件；有良好的英语听说写能力，能独立与国外沟通

4. With over 1 year international freight forwarding experience, familiar with a single to the end operation practice.

具备1年以上国际货运代理行业经验, 熟悉一单到底操作模式

5. Sense of responsibility, ability to multi-task, manage time well and finish work before deadline.

责任感强, 能同时处理多项工作任务，良好的管理工作时间并按时完成工作。

6. Experience of Transpacific routes (USA & Canada) is a plus.
