职位描述

在区域主管的监督下,支持区域人力资源主管,协调、发展、实施和实现东亚地区的人力资源目标(主要是大中华区(大陆、香港、台湾)和韩国的4个办事处,其次是该地区的主要子公司)。当这个职位在上海的时候,需要经常访问香港办事处。
Under supervision of Regional Head of Corporate Functions, and supporting regional HRO, coordinate, develop, conduct and achieve goals of HR targets over East Asia region(Primarily 4 offices in Greater China (Mainland, Hong Kong, ***) and Korea, followed by major affiliates in the region). While the position is in Shanghai, you will have to visit Hong Kong office often where the regional HRO stations.

管理和实施区域内人力资源政策的行动计划,包括但不限于教育项目,提高员工敬业度,实现关键绩效指标,开发人力资源数据库,规范考核体系等。
Manage and implement Action Plans of HR policy into the region, including, but not limited to, Education programs, enhance employees' engagements, Achieve KPIs, develop HR database, Standardize appraisal system, etc.
支持东亚区域办事处的人力资源管理
Support HR management in the offices in East Asia region.

在区域副总经理的监督下,管理、支持和执行日常人力资源工作,包括但不限以下,
Under supervision of regional DGM, manage, support and implement day to day HR tasks, including, but not limited to, as follows;
1. 负责公司的人事行政管理,包括招聘、培训、绩效考核、薪酬福利等方面的工作。
Responsible for the personnel administration of the company, including recruitment, training, performance appraisal, compensation and benefits.

2. 制定公司的人事管理制度,并负责执行和维护
Stipulate the company's personnel management rules and responsible for its implementation and maintenance.

3. 关注公司发展动态,为管理层提供相关人力资源建议
Focus on the company's development and demands, provide relevant HR advices to the management.

4. 根据公司发展需要,拟定年度预算规划
According to the company's demands, plan annual budget in HR aspect.

5. 负责员工关系维护,协助解决员工纠纷,维护公司和谐氛围
Responsible for the maintenance of employee relations, assist in resolving employee disputes, and maintain a harmonious atmosphere in the company

任职要求:
10年以上外企或大型企业人力资源管理工作经验
More than 10 years experience in HR management in foreign companies and/or large enterprises
大学本科学历或以上,人力资源管理或企业管理专业优先
Bachelor's degree or above,studies in Human Resource Management or business management will be preferred
熟练使用office办公软件,如Word、Excel、PowerPoint等
Good computer skills in MS-Office
熟练掌握劳动法,法规,了解相关政策;具备指导HR各模块工作能力
有较强的逻辑思维能力,沟通协调能力,资源整合能力,战略思考能力
具有较强的责任心与成就动机,自我驱动力强。为人正直,忠诚度高
Proficiency in labor laws and regulations, understanding of related policies; ability to guide the work of HR modules. Strong logical thinking, communication and coordination skills, resource integration and strategic thinking. Strong sense of responsibility and achievement motivation, strong self-driven. High integrity and loyalty
