工作内容：
1、及时了解客户的保险计划设计、保单条款和行业关键信息；
2、保持与客户HR的良好沟通，提供保险产品范围、直付流程、预授权、索赔提交及其他相关信息；
3、准备并帮助客户完成材料申请，按需提供协助；
4、对接付款事宜，确保在截止日前收取保费；
5、负责解决其他客服部门未能处理的事宜；
6、维护客户关系，并在各客户多个合作机构之间提供协助以顺利解决客户的需求；
7、为公司决策及时提供数据支持及领导交办的其他事宜；协助公司其他地区团队提供本地支持；
8、提供各类会议报告。
