岗位职责:
- Design and develop data pipelines and integrations between different data sources and systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process optimization and automation within the organization.
- Follow data governance strategies to maintain data integrity, security, and compliance standards
- Develop data models, schemas, and structures to support efficient data storage and retrieval
- Utilize base knowledge of catalyst processes to understand and address specific data requirements and challenges within this domain
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, understand business needs, and translate them into technical solutions
- Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues, ensuring high availability and performance of data systems
- Stay updated with emerging trends, best practices, and technologies in data integration, process optimization, and Coatings global processes

任职要求:
- Education: bachelor’s degree in computer science or technology related subjects
- Working Experience: At least 3 years in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business technology or related fields
- Technical & Professional Knowledge:
o Good communication skill in spoken and written both English and Mandarin
o Team player with strong presentation and communication skills.
o Experience in data management and process optimization
o Basic knowledge of SAP systems
o Proficiency in SQL databases, data warehousing, and cloud-based data processing technologies
o Microsoft applications including Forms, PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI will be a plus.
