职位描述

工作内容:
1. 战略业务发展(目标市场分析,竞争对手分析,将客户应用与Balluff技术,业务发展计划,市场价格战略,行业营销,整合区域销售,相关部门控制相结合)
2. 优化并拓展销售渠道,提升公司在能源行业的市场覆盖率。
3. 基于客户需求和市场趋势,开发并增强公司服务,以提升客户满意度和忠诚度。
4. 主导目标协议的制定和执行,确保公司目标与市场需求保持一致。
5. 准备与战略性投资和预算计划相关的决策性文件,为高层决策提供有力支持。
6. 为特别大客户提供定制化服务和管理,确保客户关系的稳定与发展。
7. 领导和管理业务开发-能源专业团队,确保所有团队成员与业务目标保持一致,并有效地实现销售目标。
8. 积极参与交易会、学术交流会、路演等活动,提升公司品牌影响力。
9. 定期提交准确的周活动报告,确保信息流通和决策的高效性。同时,坚持提供高质量的客户服务,执行24小时响应政策。
10. 部门经理安排的其他任务;

工作职责:
1. 在公司全球大客户管理团队和中国当地销售办事处之间建立一个流畅的桥梁;理解并传达全球销售策略;通过双向方式分享全球和本地的商业营销行业信息。
2. 为大客户提供定制化的销售策略,并与总部和工厂的高层管理团队建立良好的关系,以确保战略协同。
3. 指导和支持当地销售团队开发潜在机会,渗透目标产品线和应用,完成销售目标,提高市场份额,增强公司影响力。
4. 与当地销售团队和后台协调,响应客户需求和投诉,解决问题,提高客户满意度。
5. 管理文件工作,定期总结和分析业务数据,供领导团队参考。
6. 推动销售工具的使用(SharePoint, C4C等)
7. 执行公司SOP -标准操作程序
8. 确认并遵守公司的内部规章制度,包括巴鲁夫员工手册/运营政策等。

任职要求:
1. 环境工程、热能与动力、电力系统及电气自动化或相关专业,本科及以上学历。
2. 熟悉能源行业业务开发流程,具备3年以上相关领域管理经验。
3. 具备与公司销售业务往来经验者优先。
4. 具备良好的控制和报告能力。
5. 熟悉国际公司的组织结构和业务流程。
6. 优秀的英语听说读写能力。
7. 敏锐的商业洞察力,跨文化社交能力,优秀的沟通技巧,良好的团队管理能力,高效的解决冲突的能力。
8. Office办公软件、SharePoint、CRM (C4C)、机会管理。

Tasks:
1. Strategic business development. (target market analysis competitor analysis, coupling customer applications with Balluff technologies, business plan, portfolio management, market price strategy, sector marketing, integration of area sales, sector related controlling)
2. Optimize and expand sales channels to enhance the company's market coverage in the energy industry.
3. Develop and enhance company services based on customer needs and market trends to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
4. Lead the formulation and execution of target agreements to ensure alignment with company goals and market demands.
5. Prepare decision-making documents related to strategic investments and budget plans to provide strong support for senior management decisions.
6. Provide customized services and management for particularly large customers to ensure the stability and development of customer relationships.
7. Lead and manage the Business Development - Energy Specialty Team, ensuring that all team members are aligned with business objectives and effectively achieve sales targets.
8. Actively participate in trade fairs, academic exchanges, roadshows, and other events to enhance the company's brand influence.
9. Regularly submit accurate weekly activity reports to ensure efficient information flow and decision-making. At the same time, adhere to providing high-quality customer service and implementing a 24-hour response policy.
10. Other tasks assigned by the line manager.

Responsibilities:
1. Establish a fluent bridge between Company Global Key Account Management Team and local sales office in China; understand and conveying global sales strategy; share global and local industry information on business\marketing by both-way.
2. Provide customized sales strategies for key customers and establish good relationships with the senior management teams at headquarters and factories to ensure strategic alignment.
3. Guide and support the local sales team in developing potential opportunities, penetrating target product lines and applications, achieving sales targets, increasing market share, and enhancing the company's influence.
4. Coordinate with the local sales team and back-office to respond to customer needs and complaints, resolve issues, and improve customer satisfaction.
5. Manage paperwork, regularly summarize and analyze business data for the leadership team's reference.
6. Drive usage of sales tools (SharePoint, C4C etc.)
7. Enforce company “SOP” – Standard Operation Procedure
8. Confirm and adhere the company’s internal regulations – including Balluff Employee handbook/ Operating Policies etc.
9. Confirm any adjustments or revision of the company’s internal regulations - including Balluff Employee handbook/ Operating Policies etc.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, major in environmental engineering, thermal energy and power, power system or electrical automation or related field.
2. Familiar with the business development process in the energy industry, with over 3 years of management experience in related fields.
3. Prior experience in dealing with the company's sales business is preferred.
4. Possess good control and reporting abilities.
5. Familiar with the organizational structure and business processes of international companies.
6. Excellent English proficiency in listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
7. Sharp business insight; Cross-cultural communication skills; Excellent communication techniques; Good team management abilities; Self-confident, outgoing, and forward-thinking;Efficient conflict resolution abilities.
