Position: Heaf of Branch Channel Development

Grade: VP

Department: Channels Strategy and Management, Channels, HQ

Responsibility:

1. Develop UOBC branch strategy to optimize the channels efficiency and effectiveness
2. Develop branch network planning and identify areas of opportunities to maximize sales opportunities
3. Design and implement different branch models to fit for the biz growth
4. Develop branch "Single Captain" scorecard and KPI
5. Manage and admin budget (cost) planning for Branch Channels development
6. Prepare MIS reports on branch perform analysis, highlight findings and recommendations to Management
7. Overlook branch projects (new branch setup/renovation/relocation)
8. Coordinate non-PFS DM projects in terms of T&O and concerned Channels initiatives to ensure the delivery
   
   

Requirements

1. 10+ years relevant working experience in banking or finance industry
2. Strong knowledge of finance and accounting
3. Project leader, Expertise in branch operations and technology
4. Good command of both spoken and written English
5. Willing to lean and work under pressure
