职位描述 Responsibilities
1、订舱：根据系统订舱通知，安排订舱计划，向船司（订舱代理）订舱；
2、订单管理：对接船司（订舱代理），追踪订舱进度；包括但不限于：在船司网站订舱或通过EDI订舱、制作危险品/特种柜申报资料、跟踪舱位及预配、跟踪上船；以及其他需要与前端、后端团队同事分工写作的事项；
3. 订单信息录入：及时准确录入系统订单信息，并在操作闭环后整理归档；
4. 市场资讯：关注市场信息及运价行情，积极配合市场团队的价格更新；
5. 与内部相关团队的沟通协调工作。

岗位要求 Qualifications
1、1~-2年以上海运订舱经验者优先；
2、了解美加航线、危险品、特种柜、自带柜操作流程者优先；
3、英语四级以上，读写良好；
4、具有良好的沟通协调及应变能力，团队精神和服务意识；
5、工作独立性、主动性、原则性强；思维逻辑清晰，工作态度严谨；
6、熟悉计算机的操作及相关办公软件的应用；
7、愿意付出不亚于任何人的努力赢得绩效收入回报。
