I. BROAD FUNCTION: 主要职能
The Logistic specialist is responsible for cooperating with Supervisor to ship out the products and
Samples in domestics. Follow up the shipments. Collect shipping documents to keep in the archives. 协助物
流主管安排国内货 品、样品的发运，跟踪运送情况，以及相关文件整理存档。

Report to Logistic Supervisor 向物流主管汇报

II. PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES: 主要职责
1. Receive shipping note from customer service. 接收客服部门发出的发运单。
2. Integrate transportation routes and calculate shipping quantity of truck according to the shipping note requirements. Work out the shipping plan. 整合运输线路，计算发运货品数量，制订配送计划。
3. Arrange transport vehicle and inform the customer to receive the goods. 安排运送车辆并通知客货收货。
4. Send warehouse the shipping schedule to be ready for goods picking and loading. 通知仓库根据发运安排分拣装货。
5. Keep good communication with the forwarders, and prepare documents for shipping.
和承运商保持良好沟通，准备好配送文件。
6. Tracking the shipment until customers receive the goods. Informing exportation team and sales if any changes. 跟踪发运货物，直到客户收到为止。如有问题及时通知相关部门。
7. Communicate with R&D and Warehouse. Prepare export certificate，pack& send samples according to requests. 和R&D 和仓库沟通， 准备发送文件，包装和发送样品。
8. Record the sample name, Qty, customer name, sending date etc. Issue the report to relative department. 记录样品的名称，数量，客户名称，和发送日期等， 完成报告给相关部门。
9. Arrange domestic transport and collect the delivery documents with customer signature.
安排国内运输，收集客户签收回单。
10. Prepare documents for freight payment, and filing shipping documents. 准备付款资料，文件归档
11. Record and evaluate the forwarders performance. 记录和评估承运商的绩效。
12. Any additional activities assigned by supervisor. 完成上级领导临时交办任务。

III. EDUCATION, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE：教育，技能和经验
1. College Degree or above. 大专毕业或以上学历。
2. Good communication and interpersonal skills. 良好的沟通和人际关系。
3. Good commend of written and oral English. 良好的英语写作及口语能力。
4. Good command of MS office skills. 良好Office软件操作技能。
5. 1-2 years relevant logistics working experiences. 1--2年相关，进出口操作或
物流工作经验。
6. Can work under the pressure. 能承受工作压力。
