I. BROAD FUNCTION: 广义职责
协助采购订货，管理所有供应商资料，合同。跟踪业务流程。发票和付款流程管理。负责原材料，包装材料和工厂用易耗品的订货和库存管理等。

? In charge of buying and sourcing.
? Responsible to the stock of raw material and package material.
? Keep raw material and package material on the correct level to support daily production.
? Keep the specifications of raw material and package material updated.
? Leader as new project to develop raw material and packaging material.
? Act as a window to all the vendors for all information communication.
? Follow up well on daily stock checking, replenishment order, and E.T.A for material.
? Keep updated on daily and weekly report. Vendor performance evaluation by quarter and year.
? Other projects assigned by Purchasing Manager

III. EDUCATION, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE 教育，技能和经验
? College graduated 大专及以上学历

? Positive attitude to do and can do.积极的工作态度

? Computer Literacy熟练使用电脑

? Effective team player and facilitator. 具有团队合作精神

? Bilingual Mandarin/English Required – Ability to read, write. 良好的中英文读写能力

? Experience in Food industry would be a plus具有食品行业经验优先考虑
