● Support the new supplier development of the new project, auditing the capability of the supplier and giving the relevant report.
支持新项目的潜在供应商开发，负责供方能力评审并出具相关报告；
● evaluate all suppliers, approbating the initial sample and PPAP of new project.
负责新项目所有供应商首批样品及PPAP认可；
● Responsible for Supplier escalation solving and follow action plan
负责供应商升级处理和跟踪改进计划；
● Feedback the product quality information and tracking.
负责供应商产品质量信息反馈及跟踪；
● Monitor the project schedule of supplier and giving feedback.
负责供应商项目进度的监控及反馈；
● Evaluate the suppliers, auditing the process of production.
负责编制供应商年度审核计划，对供应商进行评价及产品、过程审核，并跟踪改进；
● Set up and maintain qualified supplier list according to the requirement of IATF16949:2016.
按IATF16949:2016要求，负责所有供应商资料更新、维护，建立合格供方名单；
● Coordinate the APQP data of new project according to project requirement.
负责按项目要求整理新项目供应商的APQP文件资料；
● Responsible for the Supplier of Asia pacific area to support BHTC Global team.
负责亚洲区域的供应商来支持整个BHTC全球
● Support the IMDS system maintenance of the new project of the supplier.
负责支持供应商新产品IMDS的系统维护和跟踪；
● Advance the capability of the supplier to fulfill the target of the quality improvement.
负责供应商质量能力的提升，达到质量改善目的；


任职资格：
Experience of quality engineer in automotive industry for more than 8 years, include supplier /process / customer quality and supplier quality experience will be extra points.
Be familiar with IATF16949:2016 、VDA standard, the special requirement of VW、GM, BMW management flow of auto product supplier, plastic part and SMT& Electronic parts production process. Qualification for VDA 6.3 Process Auditor（Possessing the certification）it’s better to award audit card. Stable personality, good teamwork skills and professionalism, good communication skills.
八年以上汽车零部件行业质量工程师管理工作经验或包括供应商/过程/客户质量控制, 供应商质量经验将会加分；
熟悉IATF16949:2016标准及五大工具手册的使用，熟知VW、GM、BMW等主机配套厂特殊要求；熟悉汽车产品供应商管理流程；熟悉注塑及二次加工生产工艺，熟悉SMT加工工艺和电子零部件生产过程；
有VDA6.3过程审核员资质（持有培训证书），***有VDA审核资质卡片；
性格稳重，有良好的团队合作能力及敬业精神，有良好的沟通能力；
Analysis the product quality of supplier/process/ customer, recognizing the direction of improving, using the tools such as APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA，SAP tool ，8D
供应商/过程/客户产品质量分析、改进方向的识别，以及APQP、PPAP、FMEA、SPC、MSA、SAP 工具和8D工具的使用。
Proficient in English with Writing and speaking skills. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point skills, and knowledge of process audit.
英文读、写能力熟练；能熟练掌握和运用Word, Excel, and Power Point办公软件；掌握过程审核流程。
