职位描述

Responsibility:
1. Work closely with Sales to build/maintain good customer relationship, identify customer’s quality requirements, involve in the early R&D stage to benefit business development and growth.与销售部门密切合作,建立/维护良好的客户关系,确定客户的质量要求,参与早期研发阶段,以利于业务发展和增长。
2. Responsible for customer’s quality feedback & complaint, investigate problems, identify & analysis root cause, manage to take corrective actions and preventive measures, write and submit report (or in other form according to requirements) to customer and follow up till closed. Maintain customer complaint /feedback related record in ERP system.负责客户的质量反馈和投诉,调查问题,识别和分析根本原因,管理采取纠正措施和预防措施,编写并向客户提交报告(或根据要求以其他形式),并跟进直至关闭。在ERP系统中维护与客户投诉/反馈相关的记录。
3. Work with customers for quality-related tasks, audits,and incidents.与客户一起完成与质量相关的任务、审计和事件。
4. Acting as a liaison for Bufab to solve the quality & technical queries from customers.作为Bufab的联络人,解决客户的质量和技术问题。
5. Provide the inspection & test records and 3rd party acceptance report according to customer requirement.根据客户要求提供检验测试记录和第三方验收报告。
6. Collect, refine and submit the approval documents according to approval procedure (inspection report, FAIR, PPAP) and compliance regulation (RoHS, REACH, CMRT) certificate.根据批准程序(检验报告、FAIR、PPAP)和符合规定(RoHS、REACH、CMRT)证书收集、完善和提交批准文件。
7. Support sales team to develop and launch new products production (via product requirement review, technical communication with supplier, review and approve new MPN, FA sample approval, PPAP and site audit). 支持销售团队开发和启动新产品生产(通过产品需求审查、与供应商的技术沟通、审查和批准新的MPN、FA样品批准、PPAP和现场审核)。
8. Comply the inspection guideline for new products, update the inspection for the product changed or claimed. 遵守新产品的检验指南,更新更改或索赔产品的检验。
9. Collect the sample certificate and PPAP files from supplier, review the competency of document and handle deviations with supplier support.从供应商处收集样品证书和PPAP文件,审查文件的能力,并在供应商支持下处理偏差。
10. Evaluate the sample defects found at IQC stage and review it with customer. 评估IQC阶段发现的样品缺陷,并与客户一起审查。
11. Deliver technical information (including special technical requirement and process index specified by customers) to supplier for mass production launching.向供应商提供技术信息(包括客户规定的特殊技术要求和工艺指标),以便进行批量生产。
12.The materials preparation for various of internal/external audits and participate. To follow up all the audit findings till closed to ensure audits pass successfully.各种内部/外部审计的材料准备和参与。跟进所有审计结果,直到审计结束,以确保审计成功通过。
13. Periodically visit or communicate with customer to maintain good relationship and collect quality requirement from customer.定期拜访或与客户沟通,保持良好的关系,收集客户的质量要求。
14. Act as internal trainer to deliver internal training course to other colleagues.担任内部培训师,为其他同事提供内部培训课程。
15.Participate continuous improvement activities, identify improvement opportunities and drive for quality excellence. 参与持续改进活动,识别改进机会,推动质量卓越。
16. Report for any QEHS risk whenever discovered during daily works.报告在日常工作中发现的任何QEHS风险。
17. Other works assigned by company / manager.公司/经理安排的其他工作。
18. Frequent travelling is required.需要经常出差。

Education & Qualifications
1. College degree or above with minimum 4 years’ experience in quality, industrial background is preferred. 大专以上学历,至少4年质量工作经验,有行业背景者优先。
2. Good knowledge of problem-solving tools. 对解决问题的工具有很好的了解。
3. Knowledgeable on Quality Management Systems such as ISO9001, QS9000 or TS16949, etc. certified internal auditor is a plus. 熟悉ISO9001、QS9000、TS16949等质量管理体系,有注册内审员优先。
4. With fastener knowledge & background is a plus.有紧固件知识和背景者优先。
5. Familiar with production process is a plus. 熟悉生产流程者优先。
6. Good computer literacy, familiar with MS office software, good Excel skill is a plus. 良好的计算机知识,熟悉微软办公软件,熟练使用Excel软件者优先。
