I – Context内容
The job holder reports directly to the China Hub Project Director. He has a functional link with the RAC Process Senior Manager.该职位直接向中国区项目总监汇报，在职能上受RAC工艺高级经理领导
He is responsible to maintain and improve the manufacturing process of the plants with the aim of meeting defined targets.负责帮助工厂改善工艺实现既定目标
The Head of Process China brings to the process teams of each plant his own technical expertise, and use and manage the required expertises for each site in order to have a capable process to meet quality specifications or to manufacture new products and to have a process operating at optimum capacity with lower costs and greater operational flexibility.作为中国区工艺负责人，在技术上带领整个工艺团队不论是在产品产质量还是新产品研发上，不断优化以提高工艺系统的先进性、可靠性并降低制造成本。
He will have to promote a continuous improvement program to meet business objectives.为公司发展目标推进持续性的改进计划
He manages the China process network in order to monitor the implementation of action plans, share the experiences and results, allocate the resources, and to define the best practices. He ensures the communication with the imerys Process team.负责建立发展中国区工艺交流平台以监控各项改进计划的实施，分享技术成果与经验，优化资源，明确“***实践”。负责与Imerys总部工艺团队的交流联系。
The China Process Manager brings to the Maintenance and Project team his own expertise to validate the functional analysis and to define the process specifications for the important projects.负责为维修及项目提供工艺技术支持以确保重大项目满足生产工艺要求。
II - Activities and main responsibilities行为与职责
He assures the process capability and process performances of the plants taken into account for the elaboration of the production programs in accordance with all industrial basics of safety, competitiveness and environmental constraints.确保工艺方面满足各工厂既定目标的实现，同时保证满足安全、环保及竞争力。
He manages the process network, having the process audits, as well as process standards for operating applied, and making all decisions needed to achieve a standard performance level at the lowest cost. He manages a process continuous improvement program, so as to maximize the plant capacity at the lowest cost, continuously raising the technical performance standards.负责工艺交流平台的管理，实施工艺标定，制定操作工艺要求，确保所有工艺步骤满足优化成本的前提下实现目标。负责工艺持续改进的管理，在优化成本前提下产能***化并保持工艺业绩的不断提升。
He contributes to develop technical and behavioral skills of people in process teams.负责对工艺管理团队人员技术技能的提高
He validates the plan of the main trials in the plants (equipments modifications or new products).负责各工厂重要技术计划的审核（设备改造或新产品）
He is responsible of the process issues for the important industrial investment plan for Imerys RAC China Hub and makes sure that designs are carried out accordingly to our standards and targets.负责审核Imerys RAC中国区工业重大投资计划中的工艺部分并确保其设计能满足公司标准与目标要求。
Observe and implement the relevant regulations and policies of the company regarding management systems. According to the development need of company business as well as the requirement of management systems standard, formulate, implement and continuously optimize the procedure and documents within the scope of one’s own responsibilities.

I – Skills技能
Must speak and write English and Mandarin Chinese fluently in oral and written 能够说写英文，普通话流利与使用中文写作
Technical expertise: He has a thorough knowledge of the process used in the cement, mineral fusion （Zirconia or Alumina）or process industry and must cover kiln and mill operation, knowledge of production facilities, process measurements and control loops, knowledge of quality control. He uses his competencies for developing new solutions in the scope of process continuous improvement plans and to guide and advise the process teams in plants. 技术背景：有着水泥、矿物熔融（氧化锆或氧化铝产品相关行业）或其它相关行业的工艺窑炉与粉磨工作经验，对生产设备、工艺与质量控制有丰富的经验。能够帮助给出工艺持续改进计划与方案并给以工厂团队技术支持。
An entrepreneur: He leads the process teams to which he inspires all energy and dynamism necessary to maintain and improve the technical performances, to bring on stream new or modified equipments or workshops. Initiative / anticipation: He anticipates difficulties and catches any opportunity to improve process performance. He has to have a vision of the future strategic role of the process. 能够帮助发现工艺瓶颈与机会，有预见性的改善工艺。

University degree (technical) 理工科大学本科以上
III – Experience经验
Has demonstrated above mentioned skills for more than 8 years具备以上提及的各项工作经验不少于8年
He has already lead process teams, have an industrial experience in process or mineral industry.现从事工艺管理工作，在工艺与矿业领域具备经验
IV – Localisation任职地点
The applicant will be appointed at the most convenient location for him and the company in one of our industrial sites.该职位人员根据本人情况可将工作关系在中国区任一分公司或上海总部中选择办公地点。
