Job Responsibilities
- Coordinating with internal customer to manage supplier’s performance, ensuring the products/service quality, cost and on-time delivery; Insuring suppliers meet Armstrong's environmental and sustainability requirements
- Manage sourced product supply chain continuity to ensure continuous supply and protect AFI’s IP effectively
- Identify new suppliers with capabilities to manufacture existing products and develop new products, expanding current supplier base to reduce risks and improve product portfolio
- Drive cost reduction, product quality and service improvements to enhance supplier value proposition and meet organization objectives for productivity
- Develop and refine commodity Strategy and drive any contingency plan/actions to avoid supply shortage and keep supply chain smoothly

Job Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college, engineering or commercial background is preferred
- 5+ years experience of Product Sourcing or OEM development in multinational companies
- Skilled with MS office software, SAP knoweldge/skill is preferred but not MUST
- Strong sourcing knowledge, negotiation power, communication and influence skills
- Effective English and Chinese (Mandarin) communication capability, both for oral and writing
- Ability to work in cross-culture enviroment, and manage conflict effectively
