职位描述
1. Meet and exceed sales target through perfect execution of sales plan and maximizing full range of products distribution in the stores.
2. Follow the discipline to visit customers every day to discover and meet their needs. Fully understand and implement CVI sales platform.
3. Achieve responsible territory sales call requirements in SFDC.
4. Be dedicated to meet customer’s reasonable needs quickly and accurately.
5. Regularly complete and update comprehensive profiling of all stores; understand customer’s business.
6. Be familiar with and use CVI products and competitors’ products.
7. Keep abreast of industry trends and store level analysis Collect competitors’ information and feedback to TM and MKT in time.
8. Integrate and train ECP and store manager on CVI technology, value-added products and services ; enhance customer experience by providing value-added services .
9. Quickly gain customer recognition by presenting company and product information to customers and complete display in the stores

? Anticipate, understand, prioritize, and meet customer needs.
? Adapt to a changing work environment : need to deal with different situations, individuals and/or groups on a daily basis
? Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
? Effectively identify, evaluate, and assimilate information to render quality decisions.
? Ability to deliver presentations to store staff and ECPs of all sizes.
