作为业务运营人员，您将与客户经理、供应链经理和我们的客户一起，快速协助业务的日常运作。我们希望招聘具有1到2年以上运营角色工作经验的人，但有才华的毕业生也可以申请。

主要职责：
1.与客户沟通具体需求
2.与客户协商价格和费率
3.与旅行社和其他行业人员建立关系
4.发现现有产品的弱点
5.分析优化我们业务运营的方法

我们提供职业发展机会，包括作为个人客户经理与中小客户合作，以及为我们的大客户和账单提供关键客户管理。这是一个全职办公室岗位，但也有远程工作和出国旅行的机会。薪水由基本工资加佣金组成。

Heycars is an internationally recognized company in the global prebooked transfers business since 2016 and growing every year. We are currently one of the global market leaders in airports transfers and prebooked rides. Our offices are located in Guangzhou, Shanghai and Chengdu. Our staff is growing quickly and we are looking to recruit motivated individuals to come help expand our business.

As an Business Operations , you will be working with Account Managers and Supply Managers and our clients to quickly assist in the day to day functions of the business. We are looking for someone preferably with 1,2 + years job experience in an operational role but talented graduates can apply as well.
-Communicating with clients on specific requirements
-Negotiating pricing and rates with clients
Developing relationships with travel agencies and other industry personnel
-Identifying weaknesses in existing products and
-Analyzing methods to optimize our business operations
There are opportunities for career development including working as an individual account manager working with small to medium clients and key account management for our large accounts and billings. The position is full time office but opportunities for remote work and travel abroad opportunities. Pay is based on base salary + commission.
