Responsibilities:
- Assist sourcing manager to deliver 3 year shipping budget and meet company KPI
- Research market, develop and deliver innovative/exclusive products under objective setting by sourcing manager
- Arrange effective buying trip ensure it meets the requirement
- Maintain and develop clear vendor base according to specified product range & quality levels
- Manage vendor performance, perform vendor classification
- Negotiate excellent cost price and VBA terms
- Manage CPI, prevent or minimize cost price increase
- Communicate new projects with QA and Supply Chain teams and banners to ensure safety delivery schedule

Requirements:
- At least 5 years in related industry with product knowledge in tools or hardware;
- Excellent sourcing/negotiation skill, project management skills, Familiar with Microsoft office software;
- Degree holder or above;
- Trading, DIY retailer buying office experience preferable. Massive supplier information, excellent product knowledge, price cost knowledge;
- Fluent, both written and verbally, in English. French and German is a definite advantage;
- Responsible, communicative, commercial awareness.
