工作职责:
1、Be responsible for the overall GL accounting to ensure the accuracy and timely monthly closing.
2、Monthly statutory report preparation, ensure the statistics and statutory reporting are being performed in a standard way with high quality.
3、Monitor and Reconcile ledger and sub-ledger & management report.
4、Balance Sheet review and reconciliation, identify issues and potential risks with follow-up action plans.
5、Ensure timeliness and accuracy of tax reconciliation and declaration, including annual tax returns and TP filing.
6、Identify potential tax issues, deliver solutions embedded with tax compliance and control process to mitigate the potential tax risk.
7、Lead and deeply involve into the coordination with external auditor for annual audit.
8、design and review workflow for constant improvements on the processes.
9、Make sure all internal control processes are in legal and SOX compliance.

任职资格:
1、Bachelor degree in accounting or relevant subjects, CPA, ACCA is a plus.
2、Good ERP experience & knowledge, e.g. SAP + local ERP (用友，金蝶，etc.)
3、8-10 + years working experience in Finance & Accounting, at least 4+ years GL experience, pharmaceutical industry is preferred.
4、 Strong knowledge of GL and tax, experience in driving continuous improvement and automation of the process is highly preferred.
5、Audit firm experience is a plus.
6、Strong problem resolving skills, willing to learn and can work under pressure.
7、Good interpersonal skills, honest with high integrity, can adopt different working environment and culture.
8、Team player and (potential) leader.
9、Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage complex and multiple tasks;
