？ Local* owner warranty processes, ensuring all costumer claims are handled according the defined process, at the right time and to customer’s high satisfaction. Lead/facilitate 8D teams, communicate and develop effective claim follow up and analysis. Customer quality is continuedly improved
？ Local* owner customer audit process, ensuring all customer audits are handled according the defined process, at the right time and to customer’s high satisfaction
？ Local* QDA system owner
？ Local* one point of contact external communication Q/HSE
？ Contracts review external HSE suppliers and certifying organs.
？ Ensure chemical database Shainghai is maintained.
？ Lead, communicate and develop effective follow up and analysis processes for internal NC′s found in process.
？ Local* owner quality planning QA, lead and coach in quality planning tools D- and PFMEA, measurement systems analysis, inspection plans, capability studies, process controls, control plans, product & process qualification plans.
？ Local* owner quality control processes QC – firewalls and supplier quality.

Approx. 20-40 travel days per year customers and supplier visits

Qualifications:
Mechanical engineering degree or similar
Min 5 years people management experience
Min 5 years responsibility for management systems certified according ISO 9001.
Min 5 years hands-on experience with costumer claim handling
