What You Will Do
· To standardize the ownership of data maintenance in internal HR related systems.
· To streamline the process & templates of data collecting via harmonization and standardization in China.
· To maintain the data in various systems including but not limited to HR systems.
· To leverage automation technology to enrich the customer experience and make it more efficient.
· To collaborate with cross team (BHR/Recruiting/Employee Service Center) to identify the opportunities and leverage data team’s capabilities to centralize the data maintenance and maximize the value creation to customers.
· To work with global data management team to identify the separation of responsibilities and efficient collaborations between two teams.
· To apply the advanced Excel skills to validate the raw data and existing data.
· To develop the capability of HR data and analytics.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
· Graduate in Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
· Be customer focus, good sensitivity on figure, be positive, initiative and result oriented.
· Good communication and strong cross function collaboration skills.
· Good writing and reading in English.
