职位描述
Responsibilities：
1. Liaise with the production team on all quality related issues
2. Monitor day to day issues with regards health, safety & environment
3. Ensure compliance with national legislation
4. Perform Process Audit within the related areas (Supplier Process, Motherson SAS Process,special for MSES)
5. Development of risk management
6. Report quality issues (Claims coming from Customer, Motherson SAS Line, Supplier) & identify root cause
7. Deliver training sessions on all relevant aspects of Quality
8. Establish & maintain Quality Management System of work within his area of responsibility
9. Lead and able to substitute the related Quality Technicians
10. Define & Manage Quality Planning & Documentation
11. Support Continuous Improvement Process
12. Planning, Realization & Management of related equipment
13. Accomplishment and Coordination of Initial Sampling (Components and Module)
14. Authorization to block & release production
Qualifications：
1.Bachelor's degree in Engineering
2. ＞5 years working experience in Supplier Quality, Product Quality or Process
3. Engineering preferably with Electrical/Mechanical knowledge. Experience in assembly manufacturing is a plus.
4. Good understanding of statistical methods, quality tools and methodologies (8D, 5WHY, SPC, FMEA, Control Plan), HONDA quality system is prefered
5. Strong analytical problem solver with demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment while working independently to resolve quality issues
6. Excellent communication skills and ability to interface effectively and professionally internal contacts at all levels of the organization
7. Basic leadership ability and strong social skills towards cross-functional team even customer side
8. HONDA project experience is prefered
9. Good English knowledge in reading and writing, good speaking is prefered(CET-4) 10. Sufficient compentence to coordinate cross-function team work
