工作职责:
Primary (70%):
1. Keep the process stability and Cpk
2. Improve capacity and yield
3. Release process and equipment for production capacity
4. Cost down
5. Abnormal handling and analysis

Secondary (30%):
1. Evaluate new technology to mass production
2. Create and update process flow and SOP
任职资格:
1. Over 2 years experience with Litho process of semiconductor.
2. Have the semiconductor processes and equipment knowledge for Etch/CVD technology.
3. Good problem solving skills, communication ability, team spirit, active learning attitude and is adequate in English.
