1) 大专及以上学历，5年以上QE岗位工作经验
College degree or above, more than 5 years quality engineer working experience
2) 诚实正直，团队协作，善于沟通，工作细致
Honest and integrity, teamwork, good communication, work careful
3) 熟悉冲压，焊接，喷粉，组装等工艺，有杂货烤炉生产加工行业经验优先
Be familiar with stamping, welding, powder coating, assembly process, grill factory experience is preferred
4) 熟练使用office办公软件 (Word, Excel, Power Point )
Good computer skills of MS-Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
5) 很好的承压能力，能接受 >30%出差频率
Can work under pressure and be able to bear the frequent business trip more than 30%
6) 英文听说读写流利,
Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading and writing
7) 对质量工具如APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, 8D 有深入的理解和应用, 熟悉ISO质量体系。
Solid understanding on quality tools such as APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, 8D. Familiar ISO quality system.

岗位职责Position responsibility
1) 监视TPG供应商在质量体系控制下的过程活动，纠正和跟踪任何不符合的行为，以实现目标绩效
Monitor TPG OEM factory process activities are under quality system control, correct and follow up any non-conforming actions in order to achieve targeted performance
2) 对TPG QC发现的重大，关键问题与工厂进行深入的数据分析，督促工厂制定合理有效的对策8D，并监督落实；
Work with OEM factory to analyze any major, critical problems that captured by TPG QC, keep pushing factory to make proper action plan like 8D and monitor factory implemented
3) 参与新产品的前期质量策划，积极推动供应商按时完成PPAP ( CP, PFMEA, Flow Chart, ISIR etc)
Work with OEM factory to participate the NPD and push factory provide the PPAP documents on time
4) 与质量审核员对OEM供应商进行年度审核和新供应商的审核，确保供应商质量管理和生产工艺的有效性，
推动供应商改进；
Work with TPG quality auditor to take supplier annual audit and new supplier qualification audit, ensuring supplier quality management system and production process is validity and push supplier take corrective action plan.
5) 建立必要的有效的质量标准文件，程序文件以加强供应商的质量管控；
Establish necessary and effective quality standard documents and procedure documents to strengthen the quality control in supplier side.
6) 积极配合质量经理处理美国总部的质量投诉，确保所有投诉得到妥善解决并有效预防
Work with TPG QM to handle all the quality complaints from HQ, ensure the all the complaints solved and have good precautionary measures.
7) 对OEM工厂以及TPG内部的潜在风险及时识别，汇报质量经理并配合制定纠正预防措施；
Identify the potential factory & TPG internal risk, report QM and make the corrective action to avoid turning worse
8) 服从上级指派的出差安排，服从由于公司战略变化或者工厂变化带来的工作区域调动
Follow the supervisor assigned work or traveling when company need. Follow the workplace change due to company strategic change or supplier location change.

Currently, Traeger Pellet Grills, LLC is seeking a Product Development Engineer at our Salt Lake City, UT headquarters.
 
This role will be responsible for ensuring designs of new products are correctly implemented through our international OEM/ODM partners and suggests design improvements to existing products. Evaluates current and proposed products, parts, or processes for cost efficiency and reliability, ensuring successful project completion based on set targets. Works with other members of the product and operations team to ensure that projects are completed at cost and on time, with the highest possible quality.
