BASIC PURPOSE OF THE JOB / 设立该职务的基本目的
Define the production plan of the production line within the scope by catching the objectives of the department (Missing turnover, transportation cost, inventory level, destruction) and assist the manager in the production plan consolidation process.

- Bachelor’s degree preferably in logistics.
- Highly fluent in English speaking and writing
- Min.2 years’ experience in material planning.
- Knowledge and experience of SAP or similar MRP system.
- Good command of excel, Power BI is a plus
- Proactive, organized and highly efficient
- Self-motivated and energetic

DETAIL RESPONSABILITIES / 主要职责
- Comprehensive analysis of customer demand & alert levels to ensure service level to our distribution centers
- Guarantee the quality level on the WO management (quality rule, batch determination, etc.)
- Work with the quality department/industrialization team/workshop to reach best balance between optimized production plan adjustment and customer requirement
- Monitor weekly production order adherence, identify the gaps and do analysis of root cause
- Mid-term and long-term line capacity analysis and workload balance
- Maintenance system parameters for finished products
- End Of Life management of finished products
- Consolidation of the production plan from all the team
- Back-up of the assistant manager
