BASIC FUNCTION:
? Work with IBP and Sales to create production plan and MRP according to sales forecast, production model and site status.
? Make sure stable supply and strive to maintain 100% OTIF delivery to customers.
? Work on lean inventory control, maintain optimal capacity utilization.
? Ensure optimal manufacturing cost by BOM management in cooperation with cross-functional teams.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1) Comply with HSE requirements. Ensure GoalZERO.
2) Make monthly production plan. Monitor actual sales. Daily review and update short-term production plan in time.
3) Create monthly material requirements for MRP, timely updates in case of changes.
4) Response to demand fluctuations quickly, especially urgent new order.
5) Work on New project trials, optimization projects in cooperation with related teams.
6) Inventory control.
Strive for Zero Aging stock and Off-spec.
7) BOM management, especially new projects, new optimizations.
8) Understand the quality policy, objectives, related job responsibilities and the impact of quality problems on relevant parties.
9) Understand environmental policy and objectives, work-related environmental factors and laws and regulations, and the impact and consequences of environmental problems on the environment.
10) Participate in or support optimization projects actively. Perform other work as required.
PERSON SPECIFICATION:
Education:
Bachelor's degree or above in a related field required.
Work Experience:
1. 5 years or above experience of planning from multi-national manufacturing company, and auto industry multi- national company is a plus.
2. Well versed in SAP operations, especially MM PP module.
Licenses & Certifications:
1. IATF16949 Internal Auditor certification is a plus.
