岗位职责：
（1）熟练操作网带热处理设备，搞好热处理生产；
（2）在工程师的指导下完成设备的维护和保养；
（3）严格按照制定的热处理工艺进行生产作业活动，并正确的完成相关的作业和检查；
（4）做好车间环境的整理；
（5）上级主管安排的其他事项。
岗位要求：
（1）有热处理相关经验尤佳；
（2）有良好的团队合作精神，能吃苦耐劳，责任心强；
（3）工作踏实，有耐心，虚心好学，学习能力强，积极上进，积极主动，能够承受压力；
（4）能够接受夜班安排。

2班倒12小时工作制
