This position is responsible for driving new, high value sales opportunities within the East China and supporting the business partners during the sales cycle. The candidate will be positioning ISC full suite of gas detection products and services to prospective customers (inclusive of cloud connected software like iNET Control, SAFER and Intelex as well as managed services like iNET Exchange).

In this role, you will be responsible for all aspects of the sales cycle at the end user and distributor levels. You would be using solution selling techniques to effectively guide sales processes and be responsible to communicate and support corporate initiatives for end users and distributors. In addition, you will partner with your channel distributors including identifying, managing, and evaluating current and new distribution channels.

-Accountable for approved sales goals or targets
负责已确认的销售业绩目标及已被聚焦的销售项目;
-Prepare and present proposals, presentations and strategic business plan for the responsible region
负责牵头准备并实施辖区内的项目提案、样品演示和战略业务计划;
-Build new and strengthen strategic business relationships with distribution partners and customers
负责巩固加强与经销商及用户之间的业务关系,并负责开拓新的业务伙伴;
-Selling gas detection solutions through direct and indirect channels
负责以直销和渠道分销的型式销售ISC全系列气体检测产品线;
-Track and update internal CRM system for sales opportunities, accounts, leads and contacts
负责按规程追踪和更新 “客户关系管理系统”中所辖区域内“销售机会”,“客户”,“潜在客户”和“联系人”等关键业务信息;
-Drive and manage sales through forecasting, qualification, account strategy and planning
负责通过有效管理“机会预测”,“机会确认”,“制定客户策略”和“实施计划”等关键节点,推动和管理销售流程;
-Ensure a high level of product and vendor knowledge
通过不断学习和经验总结,保持高水平的产品知识、应用知识和专业素养;
-Manage and provide necessary sales and service support where needed to end user and partners

-Work in collaboration with our Marketing and Customer Success teams to drive growth

职位要求
-More than 5 years of relevant experience
具备5年以上相关工作经验;
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
具备优秀的沟通能力和人际交往能力;
-Self-driven and goal oriented
具备自我驱动和目标导向的工作意识;
-Demonstrated ethical business conduct and practices
遵循端正的职业操守和道德行为规范;
-Experience working in a matrix organization
具备在矩阵式组织架构型企业集团的工作经验,熟悉交叉管理、交叉协作的工作环境;
-Experience working with distribution channels
具备筹划组建、管理运行分销渠道的工作经验;
-Demonstrated commitment to customer service excellence
具备卓越客户服务精神;
-Fluent in English
英语流利;
-Gas detection experience (sales, customer service, or technical support) a plus
具备气体检测业务经验者优先(销售,客户服务或技术支持);
-Knowledge of Industrial IOT and cloud connected device technology
了解工业物联网技术和云计算技术;
-Proficient in Salesforce com and Hubspot
熟练使用Salesforce系统和Hubspot平台;
-Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
熟练使用Microsoft Office办公软件;
-Bachelor’s degree in any discipline preferred
具备本科及以上学历。
