学历和资历 Education and qualifications
1）大专及以上学历，3年以上测试岗位工作经验。
College degree or above, more than 3 years testing working experience

2）诚实正直，团队协作，善于沟通，工作细致，会英文能出差优先。
Honest and integrity, teamwork, good communication, work careful, English skill and frequent travel is preferred

3）熟悉各种测试仪器，万用表，安全性能测试仪，热成像仪，多通道温度场数据记录仪等。
Familiar with all kinds of test instruments such as multimeter, safety performance tester, thermal camera, thermal couple data log etc.

4）熟练使用office办公软件(Word, Excel, Power Point)
Good computer skills of MS-Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)

5）熟悉电子元器件检测标准，熟悉家电行业、灶具、烧烤行业检测标准者优先。
Familiar with the electronic parts testing standard, familiar with Home Appliance Industry, cooking utensils, BBQ industry test standard is preferred.

岗位职责 Position responsibility
1）作为Traeger产品的测试专家，为Traeger提供专业的测试支持，并执行测试和评估程序。
To be the Traeger expert for the product testing to provide Traeger a professional support in test Engineer and performs tester and evaluation.

2）负责在测试方面与Traeger US沟通，确保新项目按时按照TTS进行测试。
Keep communication with Traeger US for test issue and responsible for new projects TTS test on time

3）作为所有测试相关问题的主要负责人，检查所有电气组件的可测试性和可靠性，设计设施以改进测试可行性和降低测试成本。
To act as the main contact person with assigned for all tests related issues. Review all electronic parts for testability & reliability and design facility to improve test feasibility and reduce the cost of test.

4）不断升级测试流程，从客户处反馈识别设计缺陷、工厂制造和电气缺陷。
Constantly upgrade the test process to identify design deficiencies and factory manufacturing and electrical defects from the customer feedback.

5）评估Traeger供应商的重要部件的开发计划，评估测试样品。
Evaluate the critical components development plan in Traeger supplier, test sample and give feedback.

6）按照个人KPI的要求定期对工厂运行的关键部件进行测试评估，维护Traeger实验室。
Regularly pull the critical production sample and test according to the KPI, maintained the Traeger test lab.

7）完成部门领导交代的其他任务。
Any other tasks as and when assigned by the management.

Currently, Traeger Pellet Grills, LLC is seeking a Product Development Engineer at our Salt Lake City, UT headquarters.
 
This role will be responsible for ensuring designs of new products are correctly implemented through our international OEM/ODM partners and suggests design improvements to existing products. Evaluates current and proposed products, parts, or processes for cost efficiency and reliability, ensuring successful project completion based on set targets. Works with other members of the product and operations team to ensure that projects are completed at cost and on time, with the highest possible quality.
