1) 大专及以上学历， 8年以上制造业制造工程师或者工艺/精益工程师的经验
College degree or above, more than 8 years manufacturing industry working experience as manufacturing engineer / Lean or process engineer
2) 诚实正直，团队协作，善于沟通，工作细致
Honest and integrity, teamwork, good communication, work careful
3) 熟悉冲压，焊接，喷粉，组装等工艺，有杂货烤炉生产加工行业经验优先
Be familiar with stamping, welding, powder coating, assembly process, grill factory experience is preferred
4) 熟练使用office办公软件 ( Word, Excel, Power Point )
Good computer skills of MS-Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
5) 很好的承压能力，能接受 >30%出差频率
Can work under pressure and be able to bear the frequent business trip more than 30%
6) 英文听说读写流利, 英语作为工作语言交流无碍
Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading and writing, English as work language to communicate
7) 对质量工具如APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, 8D 有深入的理解和应用, 熟悉ISO质量体系。

岗位职责Position responsibility
1) 审核工厂开发的新品的生产布局 / SOP作业指导书 / 工装夹具 / 质量检具等，并对操作人员进行培训，确
保生产过程符合制造工艺标准。
Audit the NPD workshop layout / SOP working instruction / manufacturing fixtures and quality jigs and perform training to operators. Ensure the manufacturing process to follow related workmanship standards.
2) 协助产品团队的可制造性设计(DFM)，为装配设计(DFA)，过程失效模式影响分析(PFMEA)的研究, 为产品设
计团队提供专业意见，开发确定制造过程的规格参数以支持新品的导入。
Facilitate and participate product team in Design For Manufacturability (DFM), Design For Assembly (DFA), Process Failure Mode Effects Analysis (PFMEA) analyses, provide the professional comments to product design team, develop manufacturing specs in support of new product introduction
3) 评估现有的生产制造过程和客户售后数据，发现实施精益改进的机会，主导指定的流程标准化、流程改进和
优化、生产和产品质量改进、生产效率提高/精益生产等任务，以达到提效降本的最终结果。
Evaluate existing manufacturing processes and after sales data to identify opportunities to implement improvements following Lean philosophies, participates and contributes to assigned well-defined tasks of process standardization, process improvement and optimization, production and product quality improvement, production efficiency improvement/lean production, finally get efficient / cost saving goals.
4) 负责维护制定TPG质量体系中生产制造流程文件的制定、培训和改进；例如，生产工艺流程图，工时研究，
持续改善，关键工艺参数等；
In charge of establishing, training and improving the document of manufacturing in TPG Quality Manual; Ex, process flow chart, time study, continuously improvement, critical manufacturing parameter and etc.
5) 协助对客户投诉的处理，并与OEM工厂合作分析根本原因，研究短期/长期问题解决方案，并在工厂实施
Support the customer complaint handling, work with OEM factory to find the root cause, investigate the short – long term action plan and implement at the factories.
6) 服从上级指派的出差安排，服从由于公司战略变化或者工厂变化带来的工作区域调动
Follow the supervisor assigned work or traveling when company need. Follow the workplace change due to company strategic change or supplier location change

Currently, Traeger Pellet Grills, LLC is seeking a Product Development Engineer at our Salt Lake City, UT headquarters.
 
This role will be responsible for ensuring designs of new products are correctly implemented through our international OEM/ODM partners and suggests design improvements to existing products. Evaluates current and proposed products, parts, or processes for cost efficiency and reliability, ensuring successful project completion based on set targets. Works with other members of the product and operations team to ensure that projects are completed at cost and on time, with the highest possible quality.
