-Take lead of overall Chassis quality management cross multiple plants to have better synergy on customer interface, resources allocations, lessons learnt sharing etc.
-Define the organization of the quality function and manages day-to-day operations in quality assurance in all Chassis plants.
-Monitor quality targets and KPIs and set up actions plans to achieve the targets.
-Contribute to the continuous improvement of methods and processes in order to improve the operational efficiency.
-Set up and monitor the problem solving system to address quality issues and claims in order to handle the claims methodically and fast and to improve the customer satisfaction
-Participate in the new product development according to project management procedure and assure necessary resources to support project management.
-Contribute to the improvement of the QCDM results and the financial performance of the Division.
-Maintain the quality equipment in good technical level.
-Support the purchasing SQE activities putting necessary resources for suppliers audits, incoming inspection and laboratory measurements.
-Assures appropriate training and coaching of the quality employees, leading and developing the Quality team.
-Conduct performance reviews and review of the career development of the members of its team as per HR procedures
-Has the authority to stop the delivery when the parts are not confirming to customer specification.
