Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
1. Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes including screening resumes, sourcing candidates, arranging interviews, interviewing candidates, etc.
2. Coordinate new-hire orientation/employee exit and logistics, including scheduling, materials, and checklists for all required tasks
3. Maintain HR records and employee files in accordance with compliance regulations and policies
4. Maintain, develop, and implement employee processes and procedures, using HR systems for proper documentation
5. Act as a contact window to answer employees’ inquires regarding company’s policies, procedures, etc. and solve their problems as needed
6. Take initiative on employee relation building and organize activities as needed
7. Assist foreign employees in obtaining necessary permits for working in China
8. Run various reports as scheduled and as requested
9. Assist in other projects and tasks as assigned

Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in human resources, business, or related field
2. A minimum of 2 years’ experience in Human Resources; experience in High-tech industry is a plus
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ethics, and cultural awareness
4. Aptitude for problem-solving and good working knowledge of HR procedures and policies
5. Proactive, self-motivated and able to work in a team or individual environment.
6. Strong organization skills and attention to detail.
7. Experience with interview techniques.
8. Good computer skills including Microsoft Office.
9. Good in both English and Chinese (written and spoken).
