RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:
1. Conduct quality control and trouble shooting on the monthly payroll processing, work with KGS HR team and ADP on payroll data verification, sign off payroll report, process payroll payment. Mandatory benefits administration, individual income tax declaration support and other HR daily activities strictly based on the SOP and requirements documents;
2. Maintain good client relationship by interacting with the client counterparts regarding data collection, data correction and day-to-day operational needs;
3. Act as the helpdesk to provide payroll & benefit consulting services to the clients;
4. Assist/Lead on project implementation and on-going process control and improvement, and operation resource management;
5. Manage related the 3rd party HR vendor to improve service level, check all social insurances statement to ensure all mandatory expenses to be paid accurately, legally and on time;
6. Cooperate closely with all HR teams and ensure effective communication.
7. Continuous improvement on daily operation process.
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Bachelor or equivalent
2. Have at least 3 years' experience in HR payroll and benefit services experiences, have factory payroll operation experiences is preferred
3. Be able to take multi-tasks under high pressure and can deliver high quality work.
4. Be customer focus, positive, initiative and result-oriented
5. Good interpersonal and cross function collaboration skills
6. Good command of both written and oral English
7. Prefer with HR systems operation experience (T&A system, SAP etc..)
