Job Description & Job Responsibilities
1. Propose and develop product design ideas according to grow seasonal best-selling products and market needs of license brand products.
2. Actively and independently complete the development and improvement of series product styles.
3. Product design before and after independent operation (from design conception - design draft - garment approval - garment color matching, etc.)
4. Work closely with design & product management and buying teams to ensure the product execution delivers in line with the brief and to achieve required product costs.
5. Develop and follow up on design document & review process, sketch review, proto review & sales meeting design material.
5. Other work in the design department.
Job Requirements
1. Have a keen sense of fashion, understand the market dynamics of casual and license brands fashion clothing and be able to grasp clothing trends in a timely manner, with a strong creative sense of design and innovation.
2. Have strong AI illustrator and photoshop design software proficiently in graphic design, be familiar with clothing design and processing technology, and be able to independently complete development and design work output.
3. More than three years of design and development experience in fashion brand companies and license brands.
4. Have strong professional skills in design, graphic application, fabric technology, clothing matching and color application.
5. Strong communication and coordination skills
6. Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit
