Job responsibilities：
1.Order input
2.Document processing and filing
3.Report update and maintenance
4.Sample processing with OEM plant
5.BOM creation and maintenance
6.Handle customer orders and follow up with order process and execution, providing fast response to customer's requests properly
7.Coordianate with planner and supplier to ensure order delivery on time in cost effiecient way
8. Coordinate with fowarder and trucking company to ensure order delivery timely and safely.
9. Review customer's actual orders against demand plan to esnure customer's demand is satisfied in long term.
10. Take the lead to organize internal & erternal resources to handle customer complaints properly
11.Handle customer requests about delivery/ products /samples/logisitics and etc directly and quickly with feasible and cost effecitive solution
12. Order management including correct inputs in ERP system, correct order report daily.
13. Finish all the other work appointed by superior
14. Demand Planning or supply planning experience will be prefered

6.处理客户订单，跟踪订单的处理和执行，对客户的要求提供快速的响应
7.与计划员和供应商协调，以确保订单按时、高效地交付
8. 与货代和货运公司协调，确保订单的及时和安全交付。
9. 根据需求计划审核客户实际订单，以确保客户需求的长期满足。
10. 带头组织内部和外部资源，妥善处理客户投诉
11.直接和快速地处理客户关于发货/产品/样品/物流等方面的要求，并提供可行和具有成本效益的解决方案
12. 订单管理，包括正确的ERP系统输入，提交每日订单报告。
13. 完成上级交办的其他工作
14. 有生产计划或跟单经验者优先 (计划培养发展方向）

任职要求：
1、 大专及以上学历
2、较好的理解、沟通、协调能力
3、一年以上SCM相关工作经历，若没有相关工作经验但是专业对口 （物流、国际贸易等相关专业），也可申请
4、英语要求（CET4，英语书面良好，若口语良好则优先考虑）
5、熟练操作word 、exce、ppt等办公软件
