Field Marketing Manager Greater China (GCC) and South East Asia (SEA)
Description:
The Field Marketing Manager for GCC and SEA acts as the hub for all Print marketing activities between the GCC & SEA sales teams and the different WW Marketing Functions. The Field Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving consistency in our messaging, coordinating timelines and execute WW programs (events, lead gen campaigns, product launches, sales contests, customer advisory board etc), along with overall go-to-market support required within the GCC and SEA region.
The Field Marketing Manager will also be responsible for assisting with leveraging and scaling WW programs, materials, translations, processes and creative on a global basis, working in partnership with the full WW Marketing team - as well as acting as project leader for local events and activities.
The Field Marketing Manager will strive to deliver on time and on budget the communications, training, and materials needed for the region to meet their sales goals. Keeping the sales team informed and motivated while generating market demand and funnel activity to meet regional goals.
The Field Marketing Manager MUST be highly cross-functional, requiring strong relationships between local sales, regional business managers and WW marketing team members and therefor, must speak fluently English. Needs to have a broad understanding of local business goals, product categories, customer applications and local markets and customers.
Key responsibilities:
Conduct and establish ongoing communications with the GCC and SEA region, and this for our direct and indirect channels.
Work with the different Marketing functions to determine what materials are required for the GCC/SEA region (what works and what does not, what is missing) – collect feedback from sales and understand how best support the funnel Sales Funnel - track effectiveness of our sales team using Salesforce.
Manage and take ownership on marketing initiatives by working directly with the indirect SEA Channel Partners
Manage/Execute and Support the execution of regional events.
Strive to have a cohesive look and feel in the GCC/SEA region.
Support the Communication team with press releases, blog posts, video’s, etc…
Work with Solutions team to communicate new/updated sales tools and customer facing materials.
Manage Marketing related Purchase Order requests for GCC and SEA.
Required Skills/Experience:
Professional experience required 5 years as a minimum.
Experience level in multiple disciplines in marketing – demand generation, lead management and tracking, results (ROI) reporting, collateral development, customer communications, Social Media, Sales support – direct and channel support, event management and telemarketing
Strong in marcom experience and team development; knowledge of the printing industry is a strong asset
Be highly cross-functional.
Excellent verbal, listening and written communications skills.
Language Skills: Business fluency in spoken and written English is required.
Excellent Organizational skills and ability to multitask.
Ability to be a self-starter, create, plan and execute full programs.
Ability to work in a multi matrix environment with many stakeholders for regional deliverables.
Outgoing personality – must be comfortable and able to communicate with sales/channel partners and vendors.
Proactive in proposing new ideas.
Self-directed. Sets and works towards self-imposed goals.
Strong willingness to commit to and adhere to program/project deadlines.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail.
Has worked in a team environment and is a team player.
Able to take on constructive feedback and coachable.
Achieves personal satisfaction from performing well and enjoys winning while working in a productive and respectful manner with co-workers.

Able to travel: The Job will require approx. 10% travel.
